Day 02 :
Berlin

Activate your hop-on/hop-off bus pass! For the next 48 hours, you can use this ticket to visit some of Berlin‘s attractions, including the famous avenue Kurfürstendamm and Potsdam Square.

You should also activate your museum pass, which gives you three days of admission to all the major museums in the city. A definite highlight is Museum Island, an island in the heart of Berlin that is home to five museums. Don’t miss the famous bust of Nefertiti at the Neues Museum!

Day 03 :
Berlin

Continue exploring Germany‘s capital with your hop-on/hop-off pass. Disembark at any bus stop to visit museums, go shopping, or stroll through Berlin’s eclectic neighborhoods. Berlin captivates visitors with its extraordinary variety of monuments and rich cultural life.

In the afternoon, enjoy your included admission to the Television Tower. From 1200 feet above ground, you can see all districts in the capital!

In the evening, taste one of Berlin’s iconic street foods – currywurst! This popular dish was invented in 1949 by Herta Heuwer when she mixed ketchup and curry powder (from British soldiers) and poured it over grilled pork sausage.

Built during the years of the German Democratic Republic, the 1,207-foot Television Tower on Alexanderplatz is the highest building in Europe open to the general public and an iconic symbol of Berlin. With this admission, enjoy 360 stunning panoramic views from the viewing platform where you can see all districts of the capital of Germany.

Day 04 :
Berlin

Start your day off right with Berlin’s classic jelly-filled doughnut, pfannkuchen (also known as Berliner). This delightful sweet treat is famously associated with JFK and his “Ich bin ein Berliner” speech.

Wipe powdered sugar off your face then head to the Berlin Wall, the world’s largest open-air gallery. Stand at the exact point between East and West Berlin and see Checkpoint Charlie, Berlin’s best known crossing point between the two Berlins.

At night, enjoy a pint of beer in a frosted mug at a traditional biergarten (beer garden) which can be found all over the city!

Day 05 :
Berlin

Begin your last day in Berlin at the Reichstag, the seat of Germany’s parliament. From the glass dome, enjoy 360 degree panoramic views of the city!

From the Reichstag, head for a stroll through Gendarmenmarkt, Berlin’s most beautiful square flanked by a concert house and two church buildings. In the winter, the square transforms into a winter wonderland with a Christmas market.

End your day with a stroll down Unter den Linden boulevard, which lights up at night!

Your Berlin city break ends today. At the appropriate time, head to the airport for your flight home.
