Payments and Cancellations
Your final payment is due prior to departure or consumption according to each supplier’s terms and conditions unless otherwise stated during the booking process. A supplier is defined as any tour operator, transfer company, airline, cruise line, hotel, excursion operators and/or other travel service providers involved in your travel booking.
If final and full payment is not received by the designated due date, your reservation is subject to cancellation and deposits shall be forfeited. Based on the terms and conditions of your reservation, there may be NO REFUND once a booking is made and payment has been applied. Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans is dependent on the terms and conditions of each supplier’s contract.
All cancellation requests must be sent to Cedez Travel Agency in writing. If you cancel your reservation, Cedez Travel Agency’s and the third party supplier’s cancellation penalties will apply, and are outlined in your travel documents and on the supplier’s Web sites. You are advised of the cancellation penalties at the time of booking and upon confirmation of your reservation. All cancellation fees will be charged to the same credit card you authorized to pay for travel services, or deducted from the supplier’s refund.
